Vanier
Damage from a hail storm kicked started upgrades throughout this home including vinyl siding being replaced with stained wood siding with the addition of exterior rigid insulation. Windows and doors were replaced with energy efficient models while transitioning to a modern aesthetic.

New Edinburgh
An existing covered porch with sunroom above was replaced with a 1 storey sunroom addition with planning for future solar panel installation. Energy retrofits included upgraded insulation and air sealing throughout the existing home.

Manor Park
Environmental and aesthetic upgrades to the exterior envelope of a single family home including new energy efficient windows and increased insulation.

Lindenlea
An existing 1 storey enclosed porch was replaced with a 2 storey addition with full basement to accommodate increased living space for a growing family. Environmental upgrades included new energy efficient windows and doors, increased insulation, and air sealing throughout.

Environmental upgrades to an existing single family home including new windows, mechanical system improvements, increased insulation, and vented soffits.

Rockcliffe Park
Renovations to the exterior of a single family home including window replacement, new shingles, and environmental measures to improve energy efficiency and potential to add renewable energy generation.

New Edinburgh
Exterior improvements including a new covered porch and new windows.
